Play Bad-Bad Online
Dodge enemy shapes, survive chaotic levels, and rack up points in Bad-Bad, a fast-paced MS-DOS classic from the experimental gaming era.
Bad-Bad is one of those games from the MS-DOS Classic Games release that doesn't have much of a paper trail. I don't know who made it or published it, but it fits right in with that era of experimental, low-budget PC titles where developers were still figuring out what worked on the platform. It's not polished, but it has a certain raw energy that makes it memorable in its own strange way.
You control a small, abstract character, moving it through a series of single-screen levels filled with enemy shapes that bounce and swarm unpredictably. The main goal is simply to survive as long as possible while racking up points, avoiding contact with foes that home in on your position. Signature mechanics include tight, sometimes awkward directional controls and enemy patterns that require quick, reactive movements rather than memorization. The pacing is relentless; you're constantly making micro-adjustments to dodge incoming threats, and the difficulty spikes quickly. It feels like a tense, twitchy battle against chaos where every second matters.
Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
