Game Overview
Baseball Stars on NES is where the whole series started, and honestly? It's still the deepest one. You get to build your own team from scratch โ pick their names, tweak their stats (better pay means better players), even mess with the logo and colors if you're feeling creative. I spent way too long making my team's uniforms look ridiculous.
There are some wild pre-made teams too, like the Ghastly Monsters (exactly what it sounds like) or the Lovely Ladies. The league mode keeps track of all your stats, which is great if you're the type who obsesses over batting averages. And every game happens in SNK Stadium โ it's got this classic arcade baseball vibe that just feels right.
