Baseball Stars 2 is that perfect kind of arcade baseball where you don’t need to know every rule—just swing for the fences and enjoy the chaos. The six teams all feel different, like the sluggers who crush homers but can’t run for crap, or the speedy guys who bunt their way on base. I usually go for the balanced team because I’m indecisive.
Beginner mode’s great when you just wanna mash buttons without worrying about fielding, but Exciting mode’s where it gets real. Nothing beats the panic of chasing down a line drive while your outfielders trip over each other. It’s got that Neo Geo charm—bright colors, big animations, and just enough jank to feel alive.
Still holds up if you like your sports games loud and a little ridiculous.
