Blinky 2 was part of the MS-DOS Classic Games collection, though it didn't come from a major developer or publisher. It was one of those simple, straightforward games that filled out shareware catalogs and kept you busy for an afternoon when you were tired of the bigger names.
You control Blinky, the red ghost from Pac-Man, but this time you're the one being hunted. Your goal is to navigate through a series of maze-like screens while avoiding other ghosts and collecting dots. The game introduces power-ups that let you temporarily chase down your pursuers, and the AI is surprisingly clever about cutting you off or doubling back. The pacing is tense, and the difficulty ramps up quickly as the mazes get more complex and the enemies more aggressive. It feels like a strange, inverted twist on a familiar formula, and you spend a lot of time just trying to survive the next corner.
Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
