Brutal Sports Football came out in 1993 for MS-DOS, developed by Millennium Interactive. It was part of that wave of early 90s PC games that pushed the limits of what a sports title could be, focusing less on simulation and more on pure, exaggerated chaos.

You control a team of monstrous players, each with unique weapons and attacks, in a violent parody of American football. The main objective is to score touchdowns, but the real goal is to dismantle the opposing team before they can do the same to you. Signature mechanics include using chainsaws, flamethrowers, and brute force to injure or kill opponents, all while a giant, unpredictable ball bounces around the hazardous field. The pacing is frantic and unforgiving; one wrong move can leave your best player dismembered. It feels less like playing a sport and more like surviving a riot where everyone is armed.

Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
