You control Flik, an inventive ant trying to save his colony from a gang of bullying grasshoppers. The main goal is to explore various levels, from anthills to open fields, while tossing berries and seeds at enemies. You also gather food supplies for your colony and solve simple puzzles by pushing objects or using items you find. The pacing is moderate, with some tricky jumps and enemy patterns that keep you alert.
