Game Overview

Bugs Bunny Rabbit Rampage is one of those weird, chaotic SNES platformers where you never quite know what’s coming next. Some deranged animator’s gone rogue, trapping Bugs in these recycled cartoon backdrops where Elmer Fudd, Marvin the Martian, and even Yosemite Sam keep popping up to ruin his day. The whole thing feels like a fever dream—like someone mashed up classic Looney Tunes with a Saturday morning cartoon gone wrong.

You’ve got all the usual platformer moves—jumping on heads, high-kicks—but the real fun comes from the ACME weapons scattered everywhere. One second you’re dropping anvils on Crusher the wrestler, the next you’re tossing dynamite shaped like a dog bone. The shrink ray’s my favorite—nothing beats watching enemies suddenly tiny and helpless. And yeah, the portable holes? Exactly as ridiculous as they sound.

Each level’s packed with cameos from the Looney Tunes crew, and the bosses are just the right kind of frustrating. The game even judges you at the end based on how much cartoon violence you unleashed. If you’re into weird, slightly janky 90s platformers with a ton of personality, this one’s a trip.
