Call of Duty: Black Ops on the DS? Yeah, it exists—and honestly, it’s kind of impressive they squeezed a full FPS onto this tiny screen. You’re dropped right into Cold War-era firefights, snapping off shots with the touchscreen controls (which take some getting used to, but work better than you’d think).
The missions feel stripped down compared to the console version, but there’s still that COD urgency—planting charges, holding positions, the occasional "oh crap" moment when enemies flank you. The graphics are obviously pixelated, but the sound design does a lot of heavy lifting with gunfire and radio chatter. Not bad for something you can play on the bus.
Just don’t expect multiplayer or zombies. It’s a solo campaign, and that’s it.
