Game Overview
Captain Commando on SNES is classic Capcom chaos—four weirdos (including a baby in a mech suit, because why not) punching their way through neon-lit streets full of mutants and cyborgs. The controls are simple—jump, punch, throw—but the enemies come at you fast, and some of the boss fights get ridiculous. I always pick the ninja because his slide kick is stupidly fun, though the captain’s electric punches have their moments too. It’s got that janky early ‘90s arcade feel where everything’s a little unbalanced and twice as loud as it needs to be. Perfect for when you just want to smash buttons with a friend.
