So now it’s up to you to platform your way through levels while carefully managing blood sugar levels.
It sounds ridiculous, but it’s actually kind of tense. Before each stage, you pick an insulin dose, and if you grab too many food items mid-level, your health tanks. The controls are a bit stiff, and some of the jumps feel unfair, but there’s something weirdly charming about a game where dodging donuts is a survival tactic.
