Play Cercla - The Game Online
Dodge walls and navigate tight mazes as you control a circle, racing against the clock in this fast-paced MS-DOS classic.
Cercla is one of those MS-DOS Classic Games releases from 0 that I found buried on an old shareware disk. I don't recall the developer's name, but it fit right in with the era's simple, direct arcade-style games that demanded quick reflexes more than a deep story. You booted it up, and within seconds you were in the action, no tutorials, no hand-holding; it was just you and the screen.
You control a small, nimble shape, a circle, I think, navigating through a series of increasingly narrow, maze-like passages. The objective is straightforward: survive for as long as possible without touching the walls. The screen scrolls automatically, forcing you forward, and the speed gradually increases until the gaps become almost impossibly tight. You make tiny adjustments with the arrow keys, threading the needle through openings that seem to shrink with every passing second. It's a pure test of concentration and twitch reflexes, and finishing a long run leaves you with a real sense of earned relief.
Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
