You control a five man hockey team from an overhead perspective, skating up and down the rink to score goals. The main objective is to outscore your opponent within three periods. Signature mechanics include body checking opponents to steal the puck and aiming precise slapshots past the goalie. The game moves at a brisk pace, and the computer can put up a decent fight on higher difficulty settings. It feels like a fast, physical arcade interpretation of hockey.
