Game Overview
Chomps is basically Pac-Man but with a smiley face instead of that yellow pizza dude. You’re stuck in these tight little mazes, gobbling up dots while these weird monster things chase you—one’s aggressive, another’s unpredictable, and honestly, the blue one’s just annoying. At first it feels easy, but then they speed up, and suddenly you’re sweating over pixel-perfect turns.
The power dots are your only real lifeline—grab one, and for a few glorious seconds, you get to hunt them down. Feels good, especially when you corner that smug red one. Every now and then, some bonus fruit pops up, but half the time I’m too busy running to even notice. By level 3, the mazes get faster, and mistakes hurt. It’s simple, but that’s what makes it addicting.
If you’ve got nostalgia for MS-DOS or just want a no-frills arcade fix, this’ll do the trick.
Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
