There is no combat; your only options are to run, hide under beds or inside cabinets, and use the environment to temporarily slow your enemy. The pacing is deliberately slow, building dread through silence and sudden chases, and the difficulty comes from the unpredictable nature of the stalker and the need to manage your panic meter. It feels like being trapped in a waking nightmare where every decision carries weight.
