Game Overview

Crash of the Titans on PSP is a weird, fun twist on the usual Crash formula. Instead of just spinning and jumping your way through levels, you’re wrestling control of mutated creatures from Neo Cortex’s army—then using their own powers against them. Ever wanted to suplex a giant lizard or hurl fireballs as a possessed yeti? Now you can.

The combat’s way more hands-on than older Crash games—you’ve got combos, grabs, and even team-up moves with Aku Aku. Hijacking monsters feels chaotic in the best way, especially when you realize each one has totally different abilities. Some shoot lasers, others burrow underground… half the fun is figuring out which freak works best for smashing through obstacles or roasting enemies.

It’s got that classic Crash platforming too—swinging on vines, grinding rails, the usual—but everything’s juiced up with co-op. A second player can drop in anytime to brawl alongside you, which turns the screen into pure, ridiculous chaos when you’re both riding different monsters. The PSP version holds up surprisingly well, though yeah, the Wii’s motion controls are missing (no waggle-jumping here).
