Cu-On-Pa is a Japan-only Super Nintendo Entertainment System release from 1995, developed by KID and published by Imagineer. It arrived late in the SNES lifecycle, a time when developers were still finding inventive ways to use the hardware for puzzle games.

You control a round, fuzzy character who must push and stack colored blocks to clear each single-screen stage. The main objective is to create matches by aligning three or more blocks of the same color, which then vanish; some stages require you to clear all blocks, while others task you with reaching an exit. Key mechanics include chaining explosions for higher scores and occasionally kicking blocks across the arena to set off distant matches. The pace is methodical, but the difficulty ramps up steadily with more complex layouts and limited moves. It feels satisfying to watch a well-planned chain reaction clean up the board.
