Play DaSi Online
You wrestle with janky controls at first, then suddenly it clicks—those blocky little puzzles start making sense in a way that feels like cracking a secret code. The bleepy soundtrack digs into your brain while you poke at solutions the game refuses to explain.

DaSi, released as part of the MS-DOS Classic Games collection, is a puzzle game from the early 1990s. Developed by a small team whose name has faded over time, it fits right in with the experimental, often unforgiving design sensibilities of its era. The game presents a stark, grid-based world where logic and patience are your only real tools.
You control a simple cursor or avatar, moving tile by tile to manipulate objects and alter the environment. The main objective is to solve each discrete screen by arranging elements to open a path forward. Signature mechanics include block pushing, switch activation, and avoiding hazards that reset progress if you misstep. The pacing is deliberate, almost slow, and the difficulty can be punishing without clear hints. It feels like untangling a stubborn knot with your own two hands.
Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
