Game Overview

Disney's Young Pack on the GBA is one of those games I stumbled onto years ago and still go back to when I need a quick dose of Disney chaos. You jump between mini-games with Mickey and the gang—one second you're frantically matching cards with Donald, the next you're tilting the GBA to steer Goofy through some ridiculous obstacle course. The pixel art somehow makes them look even more expressive than usual, all big eyes and exaggerated animations.

What surprised me was how well it holds up. Some mini-games are stupidly hard (looking at you, rhythm-based broomstick challenge), but they're short enough that failing never feels punishing. And yeah, the music's ridiculously catchy—I still hum the main menu theme sometimes. It's not deep, but it's the perfect game for when you've got 10 minutes to kill and want to feel like a kid again.

If you ever find a copy, wipe the dust off and give it a shot—just don't blame me when you get obsessed with beating your high score in the fruit-tossing game.
