Play Donald Duck Online
Jump through levels, bounce off enemies, collect gems, and rescue Huey, Dewey, and Louie in this classic platformer featuring Donald Duck.
Donald Duck on the NES came out in 1988 from Kemco, a time when licensed games were everywhere and quality varied wildly. It was a side-scrolling platformer that didn't try to reinvent the wheel, just offered another adventure with a familiar face from the Disney universe.
You control Donald, who moves through levels by jumping on platforms, bouncing off enemies like pumpkins, and collecting scattered gems. The main goal is to rescue his nephews, Huey, Dewey, and Louie, from a witch. The game uses a lives system, and Donald gets visibly angry when you lose one, which adds a bit of personality. The levels are fairly short but demand precise jumps, and the difficulty can spike unexpectedly. It feels like a straightforward, sometimes frustrating, but occasionally charming relic from that era.
