The game uses a unique rolling health meter, so even after taking a hit you can act before your HP fully drains, and combat plays out in first person with psychedelic backgrounds. Exploration is screen by screen, with occasional cryptic puzzles and lots of talking to odd characters. The pacing is deliberate, sometimes meandering, and the difficulty can spike without much warning. Playing it feels like wandering through a strange, unpredictable dream where nothing is quite what it seems.
