Play Earthrise Online
You wake up in a pixelated wasteland with nothing but eerie synths for company, poking at cryptic machines until the world starts making a little too much sense.

Game Overview
Earthrise is one of those old MS-DOS games that somehow sticks with you—it’s got this grainy, lo-fi sci-fi vibe that makes you feel like you’re uncovering some forgotten artifact from the early '90s. The first time I played, I just sat there for a minute listening to the eerie synth soundtrack before even moving my character. Everything’s pixelated, sure, but in a way that leaves room for your brain to fill in the gaps with something way cooler than any modern AAA game could render.
You’re dropped into this weird, lonely world with no explanation, poking around abandoned structures and solving puzzles that actually make you stop and think. No quest markers, no tutorials—just you and the creeping sense that something bigger’s going on. The atmosphere is thick enough to cut with a knife, like if someone mashed up Blade Runner with an old-school point-and-click adventure. It’s clunky by today’s standards, but that’s part of the charm. If you’ve got a soft spot for games that trust you to figure things out (and maybe scribble notes on actual paper), Earthrise is a time capsule worth cracking open.
Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
