Electroman came out in 1992 as part of the MS-DOS Classic Games collection, developed by xLand Games. It was one of those early 90s platformers that felt right at home on a DOS machine, with its chunky graphics and a focus on quick, arcade-style action. It didn't try to be an epic; it was just a solid, straightforward game from that era.
You control a half-robot character who shoots lightning bolts to defeat enemies and clear obstacles. The main goal is to navigate through a series of single-screen levels, each filled with platforms, hazards, and enemies to blast. Key mechanics include warping between specific points on the screen to access new areas and collecting power-ups to enhance your attacks. Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
