Play F-117A Nighthawk Stealth Fighter 2.0 Online

You sneak through radar coverage in the properly modeled Nighthawk now, running Desert Storm missions with way better graphics than the janky original. Still unforgiving old-school flight sim controls, but that’s the charm.

Game Overview

F-117A Nighthawk Stealth Fighter 2.0 is that rare case where the sequel actually fixes stuff. The original MS-DOS version had this weirdly inaccurate plane model (because, y’know, stealth fighter specs were still classified back then), but once the real Nighthawk got declassified, they redid the whole thing properly. The graphics got a massive upgrade too—ditching those blocky 16-color EGA visuals for smooth 256-color VGA.

They also added new missions based on real-world events, like flying over Cuba or bombing runs in Desert Storm. Kinda funny how the first game had you allied with Iraq, but by the time this version came out, that definitely wasn’t happening anymore. The controls still feel very much like an old-school flight sim—no hand-holding here—but if you’re into that era of military aviation, it’s a solid time capsule.

Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
