Play Fields of Glory Online
You're Napoleon at Waterloo, desperately repositioning troops as cavalry flanks you and artillery runs low—every decision feels like it could collapse your entire line. The chaos is unforgiving, but that's what makes it gripping.

Game Overview
Fields of Glory is one of those old-school MS-DOS strategy games where you actually feel like you're scrambling to hold a battle line together. It throws you right into Napoleon’s Waterloo campaign—no frills, just tense real-time clashes where a single cavalry charge at the wrong moment can wreck your whole plan.
What I love is how chaotic it gets. You’re juggling troop movements, watching morale crumble if you push too hard, and suddenly realizing your artillery is out of position. The battles aren’t just numbers—terrain matters, fatigue sets in, and sometimes retreating is smarter than fighting. It’s rough around the edges by today’s standards, but there’s something raw about it that later polished games lost.
If you’ve got a soft spot for historical battles that don’t hold your hand, this one’s a time capsule worth dusting off.
Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
