Fighting Force 64 is one of those N64 beat 'em ups that feels like a chaotic brawl from the second you start. You pick from four characters—each with their own weirdly satisfying heavy attacks—and just start smashing through waves of goons in 3D city streets. The weapons are everywhere: trash cans, pipes, even random crates you can chuck at people. It’s dumb fun, but the kind where you’ll yell at the screen when an enemy cheap-shots you from off-camera.
Co-op’s where it really shines, though. Grab a friend, pick the bruiser with the ridiculous uppercut, and watch as the framerate chugs when too many explosions happen. It’s not the prettiest or smoothest fighter out there, but there’s something about the janky physics that makes every punch feel weighty. Just don’t expect deep strategy—this is pure button-mashing nostalgia.
