Play Finagle Online

Finagle is one of those MS-DOS Classic Games releases that doesn't come with a number, just the name. I don't recall the developer offhand, but it fits right into that era of experimental, often quirky, PC games that relied more on a clever idea than a big budget. You play as an inventor, a tinkerer in a workshop full of potential and peril.

You control this hapless creator directly, moving him around the screen to interact with various parts of the machine you're building. The main objective is usually to get a ball from one end of your contraption to a goal, but nothing ever goes smoothly. The signature mechanics are the janky physics and the chain reactions of failure; you place ramps, levers, and explosives, then watch as a small miscalculation sends everything into a chaotic spiral of pixel explosions and rogue bowling balls. The pacing is frantic, the difficulty comes from predicting the unpredictable, and playing it feels like conducting an orchestra where every instrument is actively trying to sabotage the performance.

Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
