Game Overview

Ah, Flagger—that weird little MS-DOS puzzle game I keep coming back to when I need a quick brain workout. You start staring at this grid, trying to figure out if you're supposed to plant flags or avoid invisible traps (seriously, the rules are vague at first, but that's part of the charm). It feels like someone took Minesweeper and made it play hide-and-seek with a logic puzzle.

The first few minutes are pure confusion, then suddenly it clicks—you start seeing patterns, anticipating moves, and before long you're muttering "okay, LAST try" at 2 AM. The graphics are gloriously basic (we're talking CGA colors here), but that just means nothing distracts from the "aha!" moments when you solve a tricky level. If you've got DOSBox handy and miss the days when games didn't hold your hand, this one's a perfect time capsule.

Fair warning: the lack of a manual means you'll probably brute-force the first few levels until the logic snaps into place. But once it does, you'll be hooked.

Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
