Free Running came out on the PSP in 2007, developed by Rebellion and published by Ubisoft. You control a parkour athlete navigating a semi open city, aiming to complete time trials, score attacks, and trick based challenges. The core mechanics involve chaining moves like vaults, wall runs, and precision jumps; timing and flow are everything. It's not an easy game, demanding practice to link moves without stumbling, but pulling off a long, fluid sequence delivers a genuine rush. The feeling of nailing a difficult route is satisfying and keeps you pushing for cleaner runs.
