Game Overview

Fushigi no Dungeon: Shiren 4 on the DS is one of those games that looks simple at first—just another roguelike with turn-based movement and pixel art. But then you step into the first dungeon, and suddenly you're weighing every step, hoarding herbs like they're gold, and praying the next floor doesn't spawn a monster that turns your sword into a banana.

The Japanese title (something about "God's Eye and the Demon's Belly Button") hints at how weird it gets. You'll find cursed scrolls that backfire, pots that mutate your gear, and traps that make you question every tile. The strategy runs deep—do you risk eating that mystery meat? Can you afford to let that ghost pass through you? One wrong move, and you're back to square one, but somehow, you keep crawling back in.

It's brutal, unpredictable, and weirdly charming once you accept that the dungeon hates you. Perfect if you like your RPGs with a side of panic.
