Play G-Force (EU) Online
You play as a guinea pig spy sneaking through vents, hacking cameras with the touchscreen, and blasting through goofy action-movie missions. The controls feel awkward at first, but nailing a perfect laser-dodge with tiny paws is weirdly rewarding.
G-Force for the Nintendo DS came out in 2009, developed by Keen Games and published by Disney Interactive Studios. It was one of those licensed games that felt very much of its time, a straightforward action-adventure built around the movie's premise of super-spy guinea pigs. On the DS, it fit right in with a library full of games trying to make interesting use of the dual screens and touch controls.
You control Darwin, the team leader, guiding him through a series of missions to stop a villain's plan. The gameplay mixes touch-based hacking mini-games, where you rewire circuits on the bottom screen, with more traditional top-down action sequences where you shoot robotic insects. You explore environments screen by screen, often needing to solve simple environmental puzzles or find keys to progress. The pacing is brisk, and the difficulty is generally forgiving, making it accessible for younger players. It feels like a light, silly diversion that doesn't overstay its welcome.
