Download G-Force (Russia) ROM – Sony PSP Game
You play as a spy guinea pig sneaking through vents, zapping robots with gadgets, and pulling off ridiculous stunts—like swinging from a grappling hook mid-leap. It’s dumb in the best way.
Game Overview
I picked up G-Force for the PlayStation Portable back in 2009, a tie-in with the Disney movie of the same name. It was developed by Eurocom and published by Disney Interactive Studios, one of those many licensed games that filled the PSP library during its heyday. The game didn't try to reinvent the wheel, but it offered a solid, portable action experience that fit right in with what you'd expect from the platform at the time.
You control Darwin, the lead guinea pig from the film, guiding him through a mix of stealth, combat, and gadget-based puzzles. The main goal is to thwart a villainous plot by infiltrating enemy facilities, often requiring you to sneak through air vents, disable security systems, and take down robotic guards. Signature mechanics include using a grappling hook to swing across gaps or reach higher platforms, and deploying various gadgets, like an electrical zap to stun enemies or hack terminals. The pacing is fairly brisk, with straightforward level design that keeps you moving from one objective to the next without much backtracking. It feels like a lighthearted, gadget-filled romp that doesn't take itself too seriously.
