You control a criminal trying to climb the underworld ladder by completing missions for rival gangs. The main goal is to earn enough money and respect to advance through the city's districts. Signature mechanics include stealing any vehicle you see, engaging in drive-by shootings, and evading police who escalate their response based on your wanted level. The pacing is fast, missions are short and suited to portable play, and the difficulty can spike unexpectedly when multiple gangs turn on you at once. It feels scrappy and unpredictable, like you're barely holding things together as the city descends into chaos.
