Great Volleyball came out for the Sega Master System in 1987, developed and published by Sega. You control a team of six players, moving them around the court to serve, bump, set, and spike the ball. The main goal is to outscore the opposing team by winning rallies, with matches played in sets. The game moves at a brisk pace, and the computer opponents, especially on higher difficulties, can be brutally efficient at finding gaps in your defense.
