Dodge bullets and carpet-bomb tanks in this arcade shooter—your machine gun never jams, but you’ll sweat when the screen fills with enemy fire. Feels like Twin Cobra’s rowdy cousin.

Game Overview

Gulf War II is one of those classic arcade shooters where you're blasting through waves of enemy planes and tanks in the Persian Gulf. It's built on the same engine as Twin Cobra, so if you've played that, the controls will feel familiar—tight, responsive, and just chaotic enough to keep you on your toes.

You start off with a basic machine gun (which never runs out of ammo, thankfully) and a limited stock of bombs that absolutely wreck everything on screen. The first few minutes are straightforward—dodge bullets, shoot everything that moves, and grab power-ups to upgrade your firepower. But before long, the screen gets crowded with enemy fire, and those bombs start looking real tempting.

It's not reinventing the genre, but if you're into old-school shooters where reflexes matter more than fancy mechanics, this one's a solid pick. Just don't expect to last long on your first try.
