Play Harpoon Online
You're sweating over radar blips, scrambling to check missile ranges before some Soviet sub sneaks up—every decision feels like it could sink your fleet. That Cold War tension hits hard when you realize your destroyer just drifted into torpedo range.

Game Overview
Harpoon is one of those games that makes you feel like you're hunched over a radar screen in some dimly lit command center, sweating over whether that blip is a friendly or a Soviet sub. It’s a brutally detailed naval sim where every missile launch and sonar ping matters—you’re not just moving ships around, you’re juggling radar ranges, fuel levels, and the terrifying realization that your destroyer just wandered into torpedo range.
The Cold War setting nails that tense, fog-of-war vibe. You’ll spend half your time cross-referencing the in-game database to see if your frigate’s missiles can even reach that enemy cruiser before it closes the gap. The scenarios around the GIUK Gap are especially nerve-wracking—one wrong move and your convoy gets picked apart by Backfire bombers.
It’s not for the faint of heart (the manual’s practically a textbook), but if you ever wanted to geek out over sonar conditions or debate the merits of Sea Sparrows vs. Harpoons, this is your game. Just don’t blame me when you lose three hours tweaking a custom scenario only for your carrier group to get sunk in the first five minutes.
Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
