Game Overview
You know that scene in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade where Indy and his dad are racing Nazis for the Holy Grail? This game is basically that, but you get to make the terrible (and hilarious) decisions instead. One minute you're sneaking past Luftwaffe guards, the next you're accidentally drinking from the wrong cup and turning into a skeleton—classic Indy.
It plays like those old-school point-and-click adventures where you click verbs like "push" or "use" to interact with everything. Some puzzles are straight from the movie, but there are new twists too, like action sequences where timing actually matters. Mess up, and yeah, you can die—which happens a lot until you figure out the rhythm.
The Amiga version looks great for its time, though the PC release came in two flavors: the basic 16-color one and a much nicer 256-color version. Either way, the charm’s in the writing and those little moments where you realize you’ve been overthinking a puzzle for an hour. Indy would’ve just used his whip.
