You choose between a mercenary or a ninja and fight through side scrolling stages packed with strange enemies, from soldiers to mutants. Your main goal is simply to reach the end of each level, punching, kicking, and using a limited supply of grenades or other thrown weapons you pick up along the way. The game moves screen by screen, locking you in until you defeat all the enemies, which keeps the pacing deliberate but can feel repetitive. It's not an easy game; enemies hit hard, and your own attacks sometimes lack impact. Playing it feels like a grind, a test of patience more than skill.
