Game Overview

Jahangir Khan's World Championship Squash is one of those early Amiga sports games that somehow makes pixelated squash feel intense. You pick from a handful of players (none as terrifying as the real Khan, obviously), and the controls are simple—just whack the ball against the wall and try not to let it bounce twice. The physics are surprisingly decent for its time, and the sound of the ball smacking the front wall is weirdly satisfying.

It’s not flashy, but there’s something oddly addictive about the back-and-forth rallies. The AI starts off easy, but by the later matches, you’ll be scrambling to return those corner shots. If you’ve got a friend, the two-player mode turns into a proper sweatfest. Definitely a niche pick, but squash fans or retro sports nerds might dig it.
