Play Jocky Wilson's Darts Challenge Online
1988 Amiga darts game with 16-player tournament, 4-player local multiplayer, and solo "Round the Clock" mode. Features timed throws with a swirling cursor and full dartboard view.

Jocky Wilson's Darts Challenge came out on the Amiga in 1988, published by Zeppelin Games Limited. It was one of the earlier darts simulations on home computers, arriving at a time when the Amiga was starting to show what it could do with sports and pub-style games. This one stood out for trying to capture the feel of a real darts match without overcomplicating things.
You control the thrower's aim with a moving cursor that swirls around the board, and timing your button press is everything. The main objective is to win tournaments against up to sixteen computer opponents or play with friends in local multiplayer. Key mechanics include the full dartboard view for planning your shots and the "Round the Clock" solo mode where you must hit each number in sequence. The pace is deliberate, demanding concentration rather than quick reflexes, and the difficulty ramps up noticeably against skilled AI opponents. It feels satisfying when your timing clicks and the dart lands exactly where you wanted.
