Game Overview

Jungle Strike on the Amiga picks up right where Desert Strike left off—except now you're dealing with Kilbaba's even angrier son and a drug lord with a serious grudge. These guys aren't messing around: they've got nukes, private armies, and a jungle full of traps waiting for you.

You start off in a Comanche helicopter, raining hellfire missiles on anything that moves, but soon you're switching between boats rigged with mines, jeeps with mounted guns, and even a stealth bomber at one point. The jungle missions get wild—one minute you're blowing up drug labs, the next you're dodging SAM sites while trying not to crash into the trees. The controls take a second to get used to, but once you do, pulling off a perfect missile strike on an enemy convoy feels ridiculously satisfying.

It's basically '90s action-movie logic turned into a game, complete with over-the-top villains and explosions everywhere. Just don't expect to finish it in one sitting—some of those later levels are brutal.
