Remember that warm, fuzzy feeling from The Land Before Time movie? This Game Boy Color version nails it—you’re basically playing through the film as Littlefoot and his dino pals. The sprites are tiny but full of personality, and the jungle backgrounds pop with those classic GBC greens and yellows.
Gameplay’s straightforward: you jump over logs, avoid those annoying Sharpteeth (they still give me minor childhood trauma), and occasionally switch between characters to solve little puzzles. Cera’s charge attack comes in handy more than you’d think. The music’s a nice surprise too—someone really went all-out turning the movie’s emotional themes into bleepy chiptunes.
