Play Locomotion Online
You frantically flip switches to route colored trains, trying to avoid crashes as more keep rolling in—one wrong move and it’s pixelated chaos.

Locomotion came out in 1992 as part of the MS-DOS Classic Games series, developed by Kingsoft GmbH. It was one of those thoughtful puzzle games from the era, sitting comfortably alongside other logic-based titles that didn't rely on flashy graphics but on pure, brain-teasing mechanics.
You control the flow of trains by clicking switches to change tracks, guiding each colored engine to its matching station. The main objective is to prevent collisions while efficiently routing every train on the increasingly busy network. Signature mechanics include the screen-by-screen progression of puzzles and the constant pressure of incoming trains that demand quick, precise decisions. The pacing is deliberate but tense; one miscalculation can lead to a chain reaction of crashes. It feels like conducting a hectic, satisfying orchestra of locomotives.
Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
