Martial Masters is one of those arcade fighters that just oozes style—it's set in late Qing Dynasty China, where the White Lotus Sect is causing chaos, and every character has their own reasons for throwing down. You've got 11 fighters to pick from, each with wild, exaggerated moves. Master Huang's the main guy (his brother got kidnapped, classic motivation), but my personal favorite is Drunk Master—his stumbling, unpredictable attacks are hilarious until he suddenly knocks you across the screen.

The fights are fast, best two out of three, with each character having their own set of specials and blocks that actually feel useful. Tiger hits like a truck, Reika's got these graceful but deadly kicks, and Monkey Boy? Pure chaos. After plowing through the roster, you face the True Lotus Master, who's about as cheap as arcade bosses get. There's even a ridiculous hidden character, Saojin, but good luck unlocking him—you'd have to leave the machine running for a month and dump 99 credits in. Perfect for solo play or wrecking your friend with cheap tactics.
