You play as Geo Stelar, a kid who fuses with an alien to become MegaMan, and you spend your time exploring the real world and the Wave World, a digital space full of viruses. The combat is turn based but happens on a 3x3 grid; you lock on to enemies and have to time your button presses to maximize damage. A key mechanic is the BrotherBand system, where you link with friends to share abilities and support in battle. The pacing is brisk, with frequent random encounters that keep you on your toes, and the difficulty can spike during boss fights. It feels like a mix of strategy and reflex, where every battle demands your full attention.
