Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Heroes 3 is basically the PSP’s best Naruto fighting game—fast, chaotic, and packed with way more characters than it has any right to fit on a UMD. You’ve got everyone from Naruto and Sasuke to weird deep cuts like Hidan or Chiyo, all with their own ridiculous jutsu animations. The fighting’s simple enough to mash buttons if you want, but there’s actually some depth if you bother learning combos (good luck pulling off a perfect substitution jutsu, though).
First thing you’ll do? Probably pick Itachi because everyone does, then immediately get wrecked by the AI spamming fireballs. The stages are destructible, the ultimates are over-the-top, and yeah, it’s dated now, but it still feels better than some newer Naruto games. Just don’t expect online—this was strictly a "pass the PSP to your friend and hope they don’t rage quit" kind of game.
