Game Overview

So Last Bible II is that weird little Game Boy Color RPG spin-off from the Megami Tensei series—you know, the one that never made it out of Japan. It’s got that classic demon-collecting vibe, but with chunky little pixel sprites and way simpler mechanics than the mainline games. You’re still fusing monsters and picking your way through turn-based fights, but it’s all scaled down for handheld play.

Weirdly, the first game got an English release as Revelations: The Demon Slayer, but this one just… didn’t. Which is a shame, because the dungeon crawling actually feels smoother here, and the monster designs are still that perfect mix of creepy and cool. If you’re okay with fan translations or just mashing through menus blindly, it’s a neat little time capsule of early portable SMT.

Just don’t expect Persona-level storytelling—this is pure ‘90s dungeon grind with occasional demon negotiations that may or may not backfire spectacularly.
