Menzoberranzan is a first-person, party-based RPG set in the Dungeons & Dragons universe, using the AD&D ruleset for character creation, combat, and gameplay mechanics. Built on the same engine as Ravenloft: Strahd’s Possession, the game features real-time combat where players select attack options and direct their party against enemies. Notably, fans of R.A. Salvatore’s novels will recognize iconic characters like Drizzt Do’Urden and his panther companion Guenhwyvar, who can join the party during the adventure.The story follows two adventurers returning from a battle in Icewind Dale when their village is attacked by drow raiders searching for Drizzt. With hostages taken, the heroes must journey into the treacherous Underdark and the sinister city of Menzoberranzan itself. Combining exploration, tactical combat, and a rich D&D setting, the game offers a challenging dive into one of fantasy’s most infamous locations.
Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
