Controls are simple (two attack buttons plus special move inputs), but the real fun comes from figuring out which suit matches your brawling style. I kept going back to the Dom for its slide attacks, even though the Zaku's machine gun felt more reliable.
It's a shame you can't pick duplicate suits in versus mode, but watching a Gundam trade punches with a Z'Gok in A Baoa Qu's wreckage never gets old. Just don't expect fancy combos – this is pure, chunky robot warfare with all the nostalgia intact.
