Play Naruto Ninja Council 2 (U)(Rising Sun) Online
Pick Naruto or your favorite rookie ninja, then brawl through side-scrolling stages—mashing combos, dodging kunai, and unleashing flashy jutsu when your chakra’s charged. The sprites and stealth bits got way sharper since the first game.

Game Overview
Naruto Ninja Council 2 on the GBA is one of those games that just gets what made early Naruto so fun. You start off picking your favorite rookie ninja—Naruto’s my go-to, obviously—and immediately dive into side-scrolling chaos. The combat’s simple but satisfying: mash buttons for combos, charge up chakra for flashy jutsu, and try not to get wrecked by random kunai flying at you.
What surprised me was how much they improved from the first game. The sprites pop more, Sasuke’s fireball actually looks dangerous now, and those stealth missions where you sneak past guards? Way less janky this time around. There’s even a versus mode if you’ve got a friend willing to endure your questionable Shikamaru tactics.
It’s not perfect—some stages drag a bit—but for a handheld brawler from 2004, it nails that mix of dumb fun and nostalgic charm. You’ll probably beat it in an afternoon, but hey, sometimes you just wanna spam Rasengan on a tiny screen.
