Within seconds of booting it up, you’re throwing 50-yard bombs and flattening quarterbacks with late hits that would get you banned from the actual NFL. The players look like they’ve been hitting the gym nonstop, with muscles that defy physics and animations that make every tackle feel like a car crash.

It’s not exactly a simulation—more like if someone took football, dumped it in a vat of energy drinks, and cranked the speed to 11. The first time I played, I accidentally spammed the same overpowered play three times in a row and still scored. The AI doesn’t care. The refs don’t care. It’s glorious chaos.
